Self Isolation, Wellness & Me..

During all of this self isolation, wellness has become more important than ever. Taking care of yourself, mentally & physically is crucial. To keep my mind out of what I call “the dark place” I’ve been constantly working out, morning, noon & night. If you follow me on the gram you already know, lol. While the workouts obviously help with taking care of myself physically, it is also a big part of keeping my mental state in check. Endorphins truly keep my mood up.
